On September 30, 1995, I was born. In Chicago. The South Side. One of the most dangerous cities in the United States. It was so dangerous that now, it's commonly referred to as "CHIRAQ". In exactly 12:01 Monday morning, it will mark the 18th anniversary of my birth. A special day to the boy that went through so much and came out a BOSS! I will be 18 and in the eyes of the law, an adult. New things will be happening in my life that I believe will benefit my life greatly. My 18th birthday means a new beginning, a fresh start into life, the dawning of an upgraded "me". I finally made it! I made it to the one place where so many people wish they could reach! I reached the milestone. A major milestone. I will be a man! A real man! I can't express how I feel enough to each and every one of you all that reads this post! For now, I just want to share with everyone my joy, my excitement, my energy, my moment. I just wanted to spread not only the word, but the love. So, for my readers, what I want you to do is tell as many people as you know about my birthday. Make them understand the struggle of getting to this day was for me. How I didn't even think that I would make it. there's so many things that I want to share, but I don't think I can express it all in one post. All I can say is...

Yep! That's me! As black as can be! Showing all of you my autobiography! But...there's a story between that cover and back cover of that book! A book that tells a story of what's like to truly be "different" from everyone else. A story that tells of a young man that overcame a struggle so heartbreaking yet so raw that it just had to written for the world to see! But, there's one problem...the world doesn't know that much about it yet! People don't even know this book exists! (In my mind). And it was released on February 28, 2013! ...and this was all done by a 17-year old boy! Ok, let's be real! WHO CAN SAY THAT THEY WROTE A BOOK ABOUT THEIR LIFE AT 17 YEARS OLD? AND BE BLACK?!! COME ON, NOW! YOU KNOW YOU CAN'T BEAT THAT! I mean, my generation is constantly being looked at as the generation that's leaving this world to complete and utter calamity! Brothas sagging, droppin' out, being sent to jail, speakin' broken English, bein' disrespectful to authority, etc. To me, it's just chaos at its peak! It, to me, is going to get to the point where everything just stops and the universe implodes on itself based on all of the nonsense that it has to take for people to finally see that the people in this world made it into crap.*looks left and right* But that's why I'm here. To keep hope alive. To show others what happens when you believe in yourself. TO SHOW ALL PEOPLE THAT THE GOOD ONES ARE HERE AND PLAN TO STAND TOGETHER IN MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE! L.U.V. (Love UrselVes)
It's something that we all need to do.
It's something that we all can do.
It's something that would make the world a better place if we start doing more of.
Everyday, there would be some type of negativity in the world all because of a broken system of living, negative people or we don't have self-confidence within ourselves! If I truly loved myself as a person, then I wouldn't let any type of negativity break me! I wouldn't let anyone or anything get in my way of trying to live life to the fullest. I mean, I would see countless people on the news or hear stories about people who would commit suicide, kill innocent people or would lash out simply because someone's constantly teasing him/her or that person got out of a good relationship or simply because he/she didn't believe he/she wasn't good enough for the world! For the people that read this post, repeat after me:
"I AM HERE FOR A PURPOSE! I LOVE MYSELF! I HAVE A RIGHT TO LIVE! I AM SOMEBODY!"
Because let me tell you all something! There was a time when we were all in the fight of our lives! We were all in a race to live out of millions of other people! Only one person (or some times, more than one) was allowed access into this world. Everyone else would die. We should all be fortunate to be the ones that made it! Because, it could've been someone else! It didn't have to be you that lived! I'm sorry that I have to say it like that, but it's true! I mean, it kills me when someone commits suicide or has thoughts of committing suicide! It just sickens to hear the words enter my eardrums! A mind may be a terrible thing to waste but a life is the most horrible thing, out of all animate or inanimate things on this planet, to waste! LOVE THYSELF! Even if you feel that no one loves you, know this!
